How to use the Help Center
Step 1. To begin using the Citrus College Employee Help Center, please sign in using your Citrus College network login by clicking on the "Sign in" link on the top right corner of the page.
After you login you will see all the articles available to employees, including the A&R Faculty Handbook articles.
Step 2. To submit an employee request, please click on the "Submit a request" link at the top of the right corner. In the drop down menu, select the program you are trying to reach. For Admissions and Records and School Relations and Outreach, if you are submitting a request on behalf of a student, you may not be copied on the communication with the student. FERPA only allows sharing information about a student with an employee who has a "legitimate educational interest" in the information such a the student's counselor.
